Like other people are saying - this is such a good article. I tend to read about chemistry and then forget what I read, but I feel like I'll actually remember this. It also answers another question I had about why I feel sleepy when I exercise an unusual amount.

Putting this aside as a great example of writing that both uses simple language and *has content.*
